Jan Saugen AS has experience from building high-speed railway in Norway.

Several of Jan Saugen AS employees have been participating in the building of the high-speed railway-line to Gardermoen, the Gardermobanen. They have also participated in the start-up of Flytoget as a brand name.

The Gardermobanen was built from Oslo to Gardermoen, a railway-line about 48 kilomteres long. The railway is a double-tracked high-speed railway with a maximum spess of approximately 200 km/h.
